Venture Development Corporation (Ven Dev Corp, VDC) is a property development concern with the express purpose to secure and improve parcels of land with new, low-cost, single family residential homes for profit.
Mission: Improve conventional single-family home energy consumption and ownership value through the practical application of innovative technologies and concepts that preserve energy and other resources to reduce operating costs which will improve quality of life and esteem of current and future home occupants.
Vision: Introduce a business unit to apply engineering and construction expertise to convert existing oil, gas-fired, electric furnaces and air-cooled HVAC systems to water-cooled GSHP systems pursuant to capitalize the development of economically-accessible low-cost single-family energy-efficient residential homes for profit.
VDC is an S-Corporation created in 1995 to ultimately develop new-age single family residential communities built for energy efficiency, computer technology compatibility, and cost-accessibility to middle income budgets while meeting modern functional and aesthetic housing demands.
